Proper, slow and thorough stretching employed in the warm-up and cool-down phases that is not overdone has been proven to increase strength and overall fitness. At the private consultation with our fitness specialist, you will receive a personalized program including stretching and flexibility, cardiovascular and strength training components designed for an individual's specific needs at any level of training and endurance from beginner on up.

We are strong believers in core conditioning and stability as well. Properly designed and implemented, your personal stretching routine will greatly help to restore and improve the strength and flexibility of your CORE (abdominal and lower back muscles). We will include the use of therapy balls and other basic fitness equipment, which will help to improve lower back flexibility and overall core strength.
Furthermore and because our devotion to your improvement in health and desired lifestyle modifications, we are happy to help our clients develop home programs and attainable personal goals for their specific interests.
